  • An intensive, overnight stay in your own home with support from me for bedtime and overnight wakes.

    This package is best suited to parents who are feeling exhausted and depleted and who are very overwhelmed at the thought of settling their baby independently.

    This package is suitable for babies 4 months to children 5 years.

    Inclusions:

    • Comprehensive Intake Form

    • Initial Phone Consultation (up to 1 hour)

    • Personalised Sleep Plan tailored to your baby/child

    • 12 hours in-person support, conducted in your own home

    • 2 weeks of follow up support via phone/text

    • Summary Phone Call/Email

    Fee: $2,500 exclusive of GST

  • A comprehensive package, with 2 weeks of follow up support to resolve sleep issues, all conducted remotely,

    This package is best suited to tired parents who are ready to make a change! If you are feeling depleted, exhausted and desperate, this is the package for you. This is one-on-one support all tailored to your family.

    This package is suitable for babies 4 months to children 5 years.

    Available to all Australian residents.

    • Comprehensive Intake Form

    • Initial Phone Consultation (up to 1 hour)

    • Personalised Sleep Plan tailored to your baby/child

    • 2 weeks of follow up support via phone/text

    • Summary Phone Call/Email


    Fee: $490     exclusive of GST

  • A one-off 45-minute phone consultation tailored to your family’s sleep needs.

    This is designed for families with some minor sleep issues, or if you just have some queries. Ideal for routine tweaks, questions on a sleep training technique you are already implementing or if you would just like some information on what is “normal”.

    This package is suitable for babies 3 weeks to children 5 years.

    Available to all Australian residents.

    Inclusions:

    • Comprehensive Intake Form

    • Initial Phone Consultation

    • 45 minutes for you to have all your questions answered!

    • Opportunity to upgrade to one of my support packages if required
