All packages start with an initial consultation which is completed over the phone. From here, you will receive your tailored sleep plan and the support portion of your chosen package will commence.

Not at all. You don’t need to decide anything upfront.
The form is simply there to help me understand what’s currently going on for your family, your little one’s sleep, and where you need the most support.
Once I’ve reviewed your responses, I’ll recommend the package that best suits your needs. Most families find that the 2 Week Support package is the best fit, but I’ll always guide you based on what’s right for you.

Results will vary for each family, but we usually see improvement within the first week.

Possibly some protest, which is normal when any change happens.
I will guide you through what’s normal and what isn’t, and we adjust the plan as we go.

Ideally yes. Consistent approach from both caregivers gives you the best results.

Yes. I am a certified sleep consultant. I do not diagnose medical conditions.
If I believe your child’s sleep issues are medical, I will always refer you to the right professional.

Please disclose all medical history in your intake form.
Some conditions are outside my scope and I will always be upfront about that. Your child’s safety comes first.

I’m not able to support ongoing bed-sharing due to safety and
insurance requirements. However, if you’d like to transition your child out of the family bed, I can absolutely help with that.

We adapt, pause and pick back up when your child is well.

Because each package involves time, planning, and personalised support, refunds aren’t offered for change of mind.
If something isn’t quite right, please reach out — I’m always happy to talk things through.
Any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply, and full details are outlined in your service agreement, which you’ll receive before confirming your booking.

Once I’ve reviewed your form and recommended the right package, I’ll send everything through in one email — including your invoice, service agreement, and next steps.
Full payment is required before we begin, and you’ll be able to pay easily online.
